Ordered an Echo Dot on Prime Day July 15th for $22 when it said it was in stock, said it would arrive July 24th even though I’m a Prime Member and should have gotten it in 2 days but considering it was prime day I understood the reason for it to arrive later. Didn’t arrive July 24th got an email asking me to approve a delay, even though on the website it still said the item was in stock in the color I wanted. Then was sent and email and told by customer service that it should take 2 days to ship. Waited for 2 days and called customer service again and was told item wasn’t in stock and would just have to wait for an email saying item was in stock and would be shipped when it was. Turns out my order ends up being canceled without my knowledge as I was no longer able to find an Echo Dot under my orders. Pathetic company. I pay to be a Prime Member for a reason and this is unacceptable. I was finally after the 4th time calling customer service, since I was disconnected on the 3rd call and never received a call back, able to talk to a representative who in the end the best she could do apparently was get me a $25 credit which would still make my total amount higher than the total amount of the promotional offer on Prime Day that I ordered I get. I then was able to talk to a supervisor who got me a $40 credit to use to purchase a new Echo Dot, although a different color since I’m tired of waiting for the color I wanted. Still don’t understand how a Echo Dot of a certain color is completely out of stock in the whole country. You could have shipped it from another state instead of having to wait for the nearest location to me to have the damn item in stock! 🤬

I am beyond frustrated with Amazon, and the poor customer service that I have been receiving since placing the order. I was supposed to receive the order Sunday, July 14th. My daughter needed these for work. I received an email stating that the shoes were undeliverable. I chatted in that evening to find out what was going on. YOUR company sent them to the wrong address. I was assured by the chat rep that the package would be delivered once it got back to the warehouse, and that a note would be placed on the order to expedite it.
On Monday I received another email stating that I was receiving a refund. I had to get off of work at 12:30 in the morning to deal with more foolishness. I was told that I wasn't being refunded and that the shoes were coming. I even got a confirmation stating that the order was still being delivered the following day, Well, we received a package today that was not ours. It was a size 13 men's croc sandal. My daughter needed these shoes for work, as her shoes are falling apart at the bottom and her feet are hurting. She now has to go BACK to work with her old shoes because you have incompetent people working for your company who cannot simply process a delivery to the correct address.
I have Prime, and spend a lot of money with Amazon. I NEVER thought that I would encounter anything like this. I hope that you address this. How about stop outsourcing jobs. The customer service is terrible!

Avete organizzato questa buffonata per non dire truffa del prime Day e poi avete aumentato i prezzi, ed ho solo seguito 3/4 prodotti ed a tutti la stessa cosa, non voglio immaginare che schifo avete fatto con tutti gli altri articoli. Il One Blade da giorni costava 29.99 €, ok arriva il prime Day si potrà prendere ad un prezzo inferiore??? Ma quando mai, a mezzanotte scatta a 35 €, adesso addirittura 39 €, vergogna, altro che le offerte di cui state rompendo le palle per pubblicita da 1 mese. Stessa cosa le traversine per cani nere, aumentate all'inizio del Prime day di 3 €, e questa é l'offerta... Ma la cosa più vergognosa é l'Ecko Dot... Da settimane a 19.99 €, dopo che avete preso per il culo i clienti per mesi a 59.99 €, ma non vale nemmeno il prezzo più basso. Per magia sull'articolo compare il prezzo di 19.99 € in esclusiva per i clienti Prime... Ma se fino a ieri tutti anche chi spende 1 € ogni 4 anni lo poteva prendere a quel prezzo, ma davvero prendete in giro la gente??? Gli stronzi siamo noi che paghiamo anche Prime e ci facciamo prendere in giro così"

To be honestly, I feel I have been fooled. I always believed (but not any more) that your assistant is trustworthy and Amazon always try their best to keep reputation. Commitment and promise really matters!!!!!! you shouldn't lie to your customer. Even it is a wrong promise, it is still a promise. Comparing to Amazon's trustworthy, reputation, credit, I think you shouldn't lie to your customer and change your promise even it may a wrong promise. If the second assistant said he won't return the gap. I definitely won't spend time/money to reorder it. He maybe wrong, but I think I shouldn't be the person pay for your mistake. I can get the much lower price at Costco, even higher than prime day.
I bought things on Prime day and because of delay, I wait so many days. I was been told I can reorder it and enjoy the prime day price. I was be cheated. I paid for Prime, I paid for your technical issues and I paid for your "wrong" promise.

Then, I talked to my first assistant he told me Amazon has some technical issues(I am pretty sure that what he said, you can also check the conversation history. he said Amazon has "technical issues") and I need to cancel my order and reorder it. I asked him the price is different now (much higher) and will I get the same price on Prime day? I waited so many days for the delayed package because your technical issues. I think as a prime user, I should definitely enjoy the prime day price because this is not my fault. He transferred me to second assistant and this second one said (after a long discussion) I would get the prime day price after reordering it. so I reordered it and he told me after receiving the package Amazon will definitely return the gap (regular price - prime day price). Before the conversation end, He told me I don't need to worry about the gap. He made a "promise" to return the gap. so that why I reordered it.
