Ordered a bedframe and amazon sent me a mattress. I didn’t realize this was the case until I lugged the extremely heavy package all the way up my multi floor walkup. Calling customer service, they were less than apologetic and refused to schedule a ups pickup for the item because it “wasn’t cost effective” instead asking me to donate it. Not only is this a bad business practice and extremely wasteful behavior, I now have to lug this heavy box all the way down multiple flights of stairs and figure out how to get it donated, all for an item I never wanted or ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Do we not pay enough for prime and in products to not outsource customer service? You’ve already outsourced your deliveries which are inconsistent. I have no idea where my $280.00 package is that should have been here yesterday. 1. Because I couldn’t understand your customer service representative and she couldn’t understand me 2. Because allegedly she could not contact the driver. You’re going to tell me AMAZON, one of the biggest, technologically advanced companies on earth cannot communicate with its drivers? Canceling my prime, whenever i get my package.

Hey @amazon! I was wondering whom to contact about doing a good deed for a teacher. I am an ESL Teacher in Plainfield, IL who works with low income immigrant children. @amazon I have amazon prime and ordered few items on 2 days delivery. Its been 4 days and tracking shows the order is the next town but haven’t reached yet. I called customer service and they basically said they can’t do anything about it. I don’t know what @jeffbezos thought when he started to let random drivers pick up other people stuff and take their sweet time and not even deliver timely or sometimes wrong places. I hope a better competitor comes along so you guys can taste your own medicine.
