Wow! What a week! 🤩 I can’t believe how many of you have joined my All-Out August Challenge in the last 6days! 😱
Every morning I wake up to the messages, posts & stories you are sharing (and wow are they so creative!!) and it makes me pumped to get up and do our class for the day! 🙌🏼
It really feels like we are keeping accountable together! 👊🏼 And I cant be more proud of you guys for making this the best experience! 😍
As I’ve mentioned before, I usually train on my own, so doing this challenge with you all feels like I have a whole bunch of friends training with me! 🥰

Such an incredible gorgeous photo @amandabisk!! You are truly stunning inside and out! The fact that you have so much time for all of us and put so much work into making us feel like we are actually working out with you is amazing! 🙏 Absolutely love freshbodyfitmind app and the challenges 😍 love trying new things I never thought I could and then pushing myself to achieve them.. I loved the total leg pyramid this week too including getting taken out by freak wave while doing it 🤣 but I have a close second favourite was dancer pose 😍 my new favourite thing to practice! 🙏🙏 For everything you and @adam.m.dunne do for us! ❤️

I love love your app and even had your old PDF file back in the day! I haven’t been able to run for 3 years due to injuries and your classes have kept me sane and positive while I try and get back to running. Life saver!! Thank you!! 🙏💛

My favorite class was the whole body slow burn 😁💪 (I felt sore for three days after this class 😂😅) Loving this feeling, your classes, your amazing energy, and this challenge so much, can't wait to start week 2 💪😘❤

I loved the leg workout too! My legs still hurt lol but I also loved learning the dancers pose! I’ve never tried it before as I didn’t think I could do it but I was surprised that I can! 🙌🙌👌🏻
