For those of you thinking of starting my “STRONGER” program with @iamtv.fit here’s a sneak peak into some of the exercises involved. Evil Steve makes sure to talk you through all of the exercises to ensure they are done correctly and with maximum effect. So even if exercise is new to you, don’t panic, you’ll be in safe hands. You can do this program at home or at the gym, whichever is most convenient. Although I can't workout just yet Im loving watching you all get involved with Stronger and happy you’re all enjoying it and seeing results! Once I’ve had my mummy MOT and go ahead from my doctor & physio, I’ll be back starting it again at home when Mia is sleeping 💪🏼❤️ #mumswholift

Have you checked out the Onefitmumma program? Its a circuit class specifically aimed at new mums, the beauty being you can take your baby with you. They also give exercise adaptions for whatever birth you have had. I am not a gym bunny but I absolutely loved these classes. They also do a Onefitcore program which works our core but in a gentle way to help after pregnancy and birth. As our instructor said "we help repair you from the inside". It is worth checking them out as they are specifically trained for post natal mums 😊 x

I started Phase 2 last night and I’m loving it. I actually look forward to doing it, which I never thought I would ever say. After 3 pregnancies and neglecting myself lots, it’s easy to fit in 4 times a week. It’s fun, it’s structured and each exercise is explained so you know if you’re doing it right and where you should be feeling it. Thanks for working on a great programme @glouiseatkinson and @iamtv.fit Congratulations on the birth of your little princess @glouiseatkinson xx

Good for you for still being focused on your goals when you’re ready to get back to it! As you say yourself “happy mum, happy baby” and Mia is very lucky to have such super Mummy! I’m just going into my 2nd trimester with my 2nd bubba and you’ve really inspired me to take care of myself both pre and post partum so thank you! Keep doing you! 💪🏼 xxx

Hiya I’m rubbish at this stuff sorry I never post anything. I love the idea of your fitness programme and you make it seem so easy to get into. Seems easy to do it at home and I have 2 small kids so that’s ideal as well. Can I please ask before I subscribe I have had a hip replacement 12 months ago do you think I could still do you workout ?

I struggle with excises as my tummy and lower back is so weak from my c-section so I've now started doing baby and mum work out at home as i don't feel comfortable going to gyms but my 1 year old boy loves doing the workout with me finds it hilarious 😂 trying really hard..

I am am on second week of Stronger and so far found it a lot easier than I anticipated... maybe I am stronger & fitter than I thought (even with a dodgy heart)! 5K Wednesday, Parkrun Saturday, rest Sunday... hope to keep it up and find my flat tummy again... 😕
