Today I crossed two more things off of my fear list. My heart raced, I felt flustered, I was a little (or a lot) clumsy somewhere in the midst of it, but I did it. I grabbed it by the horns and decided that my Monday was going to start on a strong note. And while it wasn’t exactly my idea of fun (read: I could have fainted, a few times), I feel it’s reward. And I’m proud of me. My shoulders feel lighter. And my heart ever grateful. My biggest takeaway is that I’m worth my own investment, my value is bigger than any fear, and each little step in facing them is worth celebrating. And you know what else? The same goes for you. So here’s to all of us, wherever we’re at, to investing in our hearts, in our quality of life and that which brings us closer to it. So get it. And do a little dance. And happy Monday, everyone!
