jps_london West elm has kept me waiting a month after taking my payment and no delivery or email of status. The previous order took me 3 mos to finally get a refund after they never sent the items I purchased! Don’t buy from west elm they don’t care about the customer and it’s a nightmare to get refunded after they don’t fulfil your order!
