circumhorizonal The light looks amazing. I’m one of those customers who absolutely love your furniture design (like they’re just so unique and beautiful) but I just hate your customer service. Previously I called like 20-30 times regarding a return and got 4-5 different and conflicting answers. Still think your design is good, but will only buy from westelm if I can’t find similar style elsewhere

ambershaune @westelm I’ve already spent hours on the phone with west elm customer service with zero resolve. Every time I speak with someone I get a different answer and no one has a clue what is going on or has any interest in actually resolving an issue so dropping another email into a support inbox will just be a further waste of my time

nuha_chloe @ambershaune wow that does make them look bad. I haven’t ever had another delivered from them but with their prices their customer experience should be 100% it’s insane that i have seen two people complain only on this post!!

thechristinekinney Ive emailed, called, left messages and still no resolution for two couches that were supposed to be delivered today but just found out they are delayed until mid October?! So disappointed in West Elms customer service!
