STILL HAVE NO RECEIVED A REPLY ABOUT MY REPLACEMENT SOFA. THE ORIGINAL HAD INCORRECT CUSHION SIZES. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A MONTH NOW AND NOONE CAN LOCATE MY SOFA. IVE CALLED AND EMAILED OVER 25 TIMES IN THE PAST WEEK AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I HAD TWO CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATES THAT I TOOK WORK OFF FOR AND THE DELIVERY TRUCK SHOWED UP TO THE WRONG LOCATION TWICE!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA IF OR WHEN MY SOFA IS ARRIVING!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

@thechristinekinney Oh no! Totally unacceptable! I'm dealing with the same situation. Delivery scheduled for 7/19 so I removed existing furniture. Found out the morning of delivery that there was a "mis-tag" and they didn't have my couch. Delivery is now scheduled for September. I ordered in May. It's obvious that @westelm doesn't value customer satisfaction and the company as a whole has some serious issues to work out. #nightmareonwestelmstreet

WARNING: DON’T ORDER THIS SOFA! I order mine in May. And every week I get a call saying is backorder. It was supposed to be ready in July. Now they are telling me sept 21. Last week it was August 16! #worstcustomerservice @westelm #nothappy🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
