I believed people when they said fatherhood would change your life. However, most explained how exhausted you’d become, how you gain weight easier and how the relationship with your spouse suffers. Well, I said GREAT, I’ll fight even harder to to not let that be my reality. I’m happy to say that fatherhood has made me focus even harder on my physical, mental and emotional health because if my family is a priority then I need to be strong enough for the priority. Don’t go down hill. Use the hill to enhance your power by continuing to climb!

meastra_de_los_ninos I need your daily inspirations in my life. Because even with my toddler things can get rough and I’m constantly judged by particular family members being put down and having negative comments thrown at how I parent or how I don’t do my child right- it makes me second guess everything I say or do for my daughter. But my husband keeps me strong so our relationship is stronger and he’s helping me get back from the backslide of eating because of being ridiculed and pushed. I needed this today.

alemaxima It’s the hardest and the most rewarding job there is, as much work and love! The greatest gift of life and the unique chance to evolve into a better human. Kids are a daily reminder of the beauty of life, a daily exercise of keeping smiling and being patient and be amazed by the little things. Ah also a very loud mirror of what we are 😂😂 Simply THE BEST! ❤️

jessicafaiththomas @angelena_messer it's so hard! Oh my back, too. I get terrible back pain on one side and had to have PT for it. My pelvis is completely tilted, and may always be. The struggle is real. I never had these kind of issues before. So fit and healthy. Everything hurts now 😕😕 I hope things eventually feel better for you ❤️❤️

jessicafaiththomas @angelena_messer thank you! Having a baby legit changes your body forever. My body mostly bounced back after my first, but my second 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ it's never been the same. He's 3 now and it's finally shifting ... but I had no idea how hard the baby weight would be to lose. Especially at my age.
