sportsflex_98 Idk bro. I can't be doing pivot movement my knee cap gets out of place . I was doing a lot of hoping on T25 that hurted my body . I need to stay at a horse stance and do kettleball swings. I got 6 days not working out and my body feels great . My body is healing I don't feel any pain today .

minasculpteur Actually the sample workout is ideal for me. Paid a small fortune for the box set of workouts only to discover that I have adrenal and cortisol issues...I put on weight with 25 min workouts. So the bite sized ones are great...I love your workouts Shaun!

rockchick_666 @shaunt is the workout suitable for someone who’s very fit and agile but had a hip replacement? There’s little guidance from physios or otherwise about repeat sideways movements!
