Hello Shaun T what can you do for a guy who was committed to your insanity-lost the weight and then was in a house fire 🔥 in ICU where my lungs slow me down I push my self but it suks where I have to stop for a minute or three trying to get back.

When I coached HS tennis in Oregon we’d do Tennis Fitness everyday before we’d even play. I loved making my team stronger💪🏼

What if you can’t do burpees? I’ve got lordosis and loose joints and my back hates burpees. I always get injured. Ugh.
