I’ve been worrying a lot about our cybernetic contemporary world lately. Specially with the kids. The number of children with anxiety and depression keeps raising, as well as the number of suicide attempts, and the main reason is social media.
It’s urgent that we bring this subject to question, parents and schools should be aware of such issues, learn about them so they can educate the kids properly.
The overuse of “colorful screens” comes with sleep issues, compulsive eating and obsessive thinking and behavior, due to the Dopamine consumption coming from the screens.
I vary my thoughts in between leaving all types of social media or staying and spreading messages I believe to be important.
What are your thoughts on this?

@rbaldin there aren’t many people on social media spreading positivity like you do. It can be a really awful place for self confidence , so using the same platform to share a different message is definitely a worthy endeavor. You were given your audience for a reason. It’s my belief that we’re all exactly where we’re supposed to be, and it’s our job to find out why. How can we use where we’re each individually at and the tools at our disposal to propagate a better earth and humanity?

great post. I think mindfull use of technology is good. but I see children aged 1 holding smart phones watching like zombies. the wifi electromagnetic rays destroy health. Now in parts of world they are intriducing #5g even stronger wifi. which will have more disease causing repercussions.

We can’t go backwards brother. Education is the way to go in this case. Social media also helps building awesome communities to help ppl in need, animal, live a better life, etc. 👊🏼 We need you here mano to post great content like this one. ❤️❤️❤️
