Have a serious think about how our body is designed and works. This has no musculoskeletal impact at all. Do you think that in you as a child jumped in the air and landed you would damage your body at all? It’s the same. As for the unexpected comment? What are you expecting to happen? A bird take them away? Gravity is very predictable and very easy to know what goes up straight will come straight back down.
