I hope this isn’t taken weird. But I am pregnant and I am still trying to work out and build my muscle . I didn’t get the chance to get my body where I wanted it before I got pregnant but I am still trying now. But I’m feeling discouraged because I don’t feel like my legs and butt is gaining any thing. I know I can’t lift heavy but is it possible for you to gain Muscle in the legs and butt while being pregnant. Hope this doesn’t sound stupid ??♀️
