Amazing how many are quick to judge without doing any research. Light workouts are great when pregnant for you and the baby. And if woman have a history of being active and working out they can handle more "intense" workouts while pregnant

These guys know absolutely nothing about pregnancy, it’s amazing how people can be so stupid. Working out is safe in the third trimester.
