3 month progress not a lot but I’ll take it! 🙌 it’s been harder making as much time for lifting with 6 days of Jiu Jitsu training but I’m staying at it. I also have recti diastasis which is ab separation after riot but we are still working on building my deep core. It’s not easy but I’m not giving up. 🙌
