Fitness has always been a big part of my life and watching my body change these last 7 months has been incredible and hard but I wouldn’t change it for anything. I can’t wait to be 100% dedicated to get back to this💪🏼 I will prove to myself that I can do it. #watchandsee

My advice would be to not have any expectations and just continue to do your best and continue to do what makes you happy! It’s a HARD balance of trying to look like you didn’t just have a kid and realizing your body will never be the same! But it’s also rewarding because even though It won’t be quit the same, when you do get to that fitness level, you’ll be a thousand more times proud of what you accomplished because you did It after creating life, and man is It freakin hard!!! Just give yourself time! Don’t get frustrated that you’re not hitting goals as quick as you normally would with the same amount of work.
That saying It took 9 months to grow, it’s going to take at least 9 to go back. With my first two, at 10 months postpartum is when i felt like myself again (with a few permanent changes to my body)

@canukingabroad is that a question or a statement? Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean it's right either. So what happens when two males want to have a child together? One of them plays the role of a mother/female or do they just lack all mothering abilities entirely? Males do know what it means to be a woman or a mother, especially when the female isn't present any longer. Internet makes it much easier to gain scientific research, studies and other information on how to be a mother. Your "input" sounds more like a gender and feminist more than anything else. I know many males who outperform females when it comes to mothering duties; and vice versa. Don't be so naive.

@st3f4n_ dude... She's got all of her fans to maintain. If everyone looks and says "oh, she's pregnant, done" that's so much going out the window. You're right that no child can be left unattended. Also true that she's got to maintain what her fans are looking for, or seriously drop net worth. Not to mention the depression of being a super model to looking in the mirror and not... Really devastating to a sense of character. Like if a dude is told he can't fight anymore because of some torn ligament.

@j.lyght exactly. Nail on the head. Kudos to her for trying. But even if she succeeds, how long can she maintain it for before she's exhausted all her options to stay at the top of Ig game? Who knows what will happen if she can't maintain it. Maybe just go full YouTube if she has enough support to continue. It's going to be tough to say the least!

@st3f4n_ what I’m telling you is that, as a man, you couldn’t possible know what it means to be a mother or a woman. That’s just a fact? It has nothing to do with equality. Your input isn’t invalid, it’s just not needed. Telling a woman what she should and shouldn’t do as a mother and a woman is just silly.

@st3f4n_ I think she can do it. @tiannag 's a smart woman. Speaking personally, I've been following her since 2014; had the pleasure to meet once in Sunnyvale. To me, this is simply another step in her life's journey. Happy to witness her happiness.
