My QC35 headphones broke after 18months. My $360 headphones lasted less than two years. Think about that for a moment. How ridiculous is that? Bose aren’t the premium company they have tried to market themselves as historically. Poor build quality and very dismissive customer service. Customer support offered to sell the new model at a moderately discounted price. (The same price you can get on a flash sale with Amazon!)
Do not buy from Bose. I have been a customer for the past 10 years and this is how they treat me. You have lost my family’s business, Bose.

@bose your customer service is terrible the quality of your products after one year is terrible you can see in the comments everybody is so upset because they pay lots of money for your products and the breakdown and your customer service to fix the problems is terrible you guys are a terrible company but great at marketing ??????????????

@bose how about your customer service sending me to EBay to look for a software update CD that should be provided by you! I spent thousands on a Lifestyle system and your answer is that you ran out of CDs? What an embarrassment and disappointment!
