zenniesha @bose My husband has his QC35 for less than a year he purchased it when he is in the US. After 4 or 5 months the mic stops working. How can I get in touch with the customer service or what should we do? We now live in Thailand. We took it into the authorized shop in Thailand but they couldn't help us. Just plain lazy I know. Please advise?

bose @zenniesha Thank you for your question! The QC35 headphones come included with a two pin airline adaptor whereas the QC35II headphones do not have this included. Most modern airlines no longer need the two pin adaptor, we recommend contacting your airline if you are unsure of whether you need this

ritchie_keith Hi I registered a fault on my video wave system on Thursday. I was told I would be contact within 7 days...... still waiting. Bose is a premium product with a price to match. Customer service is poor definitely not what I expect ?

zenniesha Another question though @bose why isn't the airplane adaptor no longer included in the QC35 II ? Does this mean we can simply use the cable to plug in on the plane socket and it's usable? Thanks!
