pr3ss_pl4y Waste of my ?. They dont even finding ways to resolve the sound lag issue when you watch a video. And its even harder to pair on laptops ? I should’ve wait for beats pro wireless

bocaranda2.0 DON’T BUY THESE HEADPHONES they have an insufferable lag when watching videos, there is a delay between what you see on screen and the sound. I made the mistake of buying them.

jf305619 @bose can I send in my pair of QC35’s for refurbishing as the padding around the headphones has started to deteriorate? I’ve had them for about 3 years now.

jose_villalobos_s They have lag in youtube and when you get a call only the right one works, left is quiet ??‍♂️. Other brand of earbuds work both during calls.

dr_sethi700 Bose service in India is not good; I had some issues with soundsport free, and they are refusing to replace it ?
