It’s been a minute since I trained solely back (been mixing with biceps or shoulders) and wow am I feeling it today lol. Yesterday’s back workout was a lot of the basics and some of my favs for training back. Full workout down below 👇🏻
Lat-pulldown: 4 x 10
V-bar / Close grip pulldown: 3 x 12
Seated cable row: 3 x 12
T-bar row: 4 x 12
Bent over DB rows: 4 x 10 each arm
DB pullovers (not shown): 3 x 10
Straight arm pulldown: 3 x 15
