Transformation Tuesday - mindset edition 😌 I contemplated posting this pic for literally days now LOL I thought maybe it was too much (not really my style of photo lol) but honestly it’s taken me so long to get to a point where I even feel okay with buying new kinis and getting excited to wear them in the height of my off-season 🙏🏻
It’s hard in this sport especially to realize you’re so much more than your body, but you are. And I hope you all can realize that sooner than later ❤️ Never thought I’d be wearing a bikini like this especially when I’m eating the most I ever have lol but hey, confidence comes and goes and I am going to embrace the days when it’s here 🥰

@soulklepto3 yup! But I look at other people and think the same thing, it can’t be about that. Everyone has insecurities and negative thoughts about themselves. You need to compare you to you. I am talking about ME in this post not in any way comparing myself to any other woman but myself and it makes me sad that you feel that way about yourself. I really hope that you can change your mindset and learn what is incredible and beautiful about you ❤️

I love hearing you talk about this kind of stuff. I've been bulking for a little over a year now and I've put on close to 15 pounds. I was underweight to begin with and now my weight is much healthier, but I've been struggling with embracing the fat that's come along with the muscle, especially on my stomach!

So happy you posted the pic.I know off season can be challenging! I gained 30+ last season all part of the process (what i keep repeating anyway lol). You look beautiful and strong(booty is popping ?)! Check out Stephanie Buttermore’s IG really made me think about embracing our bodies during all processes.

@soulklepto3 what? That’s absolutely not what the post is about. Confidence is completely relative to each person, you can’t compare yourself to how I feel about myself - it is all relative to you. It’s up to you to feel enough there is no universal definition of “enough” or “average”

@paigereilly just makes me sad that someone as beautiful as you would ever even have to even doubt yourself when women like me exist. You know what I mean?
