locarte UPDATE: Thoroughly disappointed with Ipsy. I didn’t receive my May bag & the tracking clearly shows it never left the Dallas airport. I submitted 2 requests for help through the website and never heard back from the company. I finally reached a person on my 3rd try [this person couldn’t care any less about my missing product]. Now they say that they have no record of my first two contacts (how convenient) and since it’s past 45 days they can’t send out a replacement. END RESULT: I paid for something I will never receive and Ipsy has no commitment to their customer whatsoever. #iwantaREFUND #cancelmyaccount #ip$y

bmill51 @ipsy why do you even have anything to fill out if you don't bother to even look at it?! I'm tired of getting lipstick!!! I don't wear lipstick and I never will!! Take your excuse you always give me and everyone else about how you people want everyone to try new things. I've NEVER EVER HAVE WORN LIPSTICK IN MY 54 YEARS OF LIFE AND I WILL NEVER WEAR LIPSTICK!! So I guess I've been paying for 4 items the last few months. I'm so over ipsy!

kavagutiandsmirnov It's absolute garbage that somebody who wants to sign up gets put on a waitlist unless they put their stuff on social media. When somebody buys something you just send the stuff don't make your customers do your work for you. Cancelled before I got started. Don't treat potential customers like that. @birchbox #birchbox

helloworldjustme @ipsy Seriously what is wrong with your site? Wasn't able to add an add on, then you added another day to add because of the site issues which still remained whenever I would try. (Which was several times). Now today issues with your site again.

elle_dunk I wish their was an option the beauty preference for never. I keep receiving eyeliner I don’t wear eyeliner and I have rarely selected and it shows I have one coming this month and I would really like a product I will use. @ipsy
