My Ipsy order is been lost since June 19! I placed the order on June 11.. it says because of insufficient address but i looks complete in my profile.. if you are unable to re-send the order at least I would like a refund! I tried contacting Ipsy support, trough ig DM, and also trough Email and received no answer!! Please assist me with this ! Also its my first month with Ipsy haven’t even received my first Glam bag and im already disappointed because I’ve tried to keep track but USPS haven’t updated about the package since june 21.. please help !

I moved in April and I’ve been getting billed since then without receiving my monthly bag since March. I’ve emailed customer service numerous times to cancel my subscription or catch me up with which they’ve done neither! Buyer beware I’d love a refund or to be caught up. I have all the saved emails

I am so disappointed, I do not use highlighters and I keep getting them. I might cancel , I don't like contour pallets or highlighters and that's why I canceled boxycharm. Please make an option when creating a profile for NEVER. #MYOPINION
