fallen_demoness @seemebegabby they’re horrible with that stuff. My entire glam bag plus got lost and after fighting with them for weeks to send a new one they sent me one with all different items that were repeats because they had sold out of the regular items. Didn’t even notify me. Hopefully if you do add ons this time they make sure they send them! Customer service has been slacking lately

insanestarshine Finally reinstated my glam bag after a long time. Got my sneak peak. SO EXCITED for it and my add ons. Bestie has been a loyal custie for a WHILE. She has like 3 dedicated drawers of glam bags, and we have different picks so totally different stuff in our bags. We are both SO EXCITED and eagerly awaiting more spots for Plus to open up!???

shuviee I dont know what is going on with you guys but i still have not received my june glam bag yet, response to email is really poor, i have been with ipsy for over 2 years now and this has never happened. I requested for a refund since the bag is so late and you guys never even shipped the bag but no response. Can someone please get back to me

residentcannibal I've been loving my Glam Bag Plus so far, but I gotta be honest, I'm really disappointed that I'm getting the Huda highlighter variation intended for medium-dark tones when my beauty profile clearly has me listed as fair, wtf guys. I would have rather not gotten a highlighter palette than get one I can't even use!

mellybakesxo @ipsy I still have not received a response from @ipsycare in regards to why I received 2 exact same may mystery bags. I ordered 2 to receive a wider variety of products and ended up with 2 of the exact same bags. This should not be happening, especially since these bags cost more than the regular glam bag!!

two_headed__girl I’m very upset I received an email that said if I signed up through the link I would receive the Sunday Riley moisturizer. Now I get sent an email and it’s not in there. Why do you make these false claims? I wouldn’t have spent $25 to get a huda palette I don’t care about.
