rapp_erin Why when I clicked on “place order” for my add ons it said something went wrong and the screens just white and it won’t let me on the website at all even when I exit out of the browser and click on a new one and go to Ipsy.com it just stays a white screen!?!??? I was so excited to get my add ons!!!?? I’ve been getting Ipsy now for like 3/4 years and this has never happened!

kylalynneflynn Opened my mailbox to find I finally received my June glam bag plus replacement box , everything was there except the Sunday Riley ceo cream but I did get a really good brightening eye cream in its place so I was happy ! Thank you again for having amazing customer service and sending my replacement box !! ??? Love you @ipsy

christinebloch I reached my account to get glam plus billed me this month and says I will receive August box. Figured if i signed up early this month I would get July. I wouod like to make sure I will not be getting charged twice when August comes.

fuchsiamorpho16 @ipsy I have contacted IpsyCare regarding my glam bag repeats 4x. Results- July for the 5th time in a row contains black eyeliner and black mascara. It dawned on me: I’m the idiot...stop complaining/cancel membership.

slytherin.beauty I’m sad my ipsy was so bland this time ? I have adventurous makeup selected for almost every category but my July bag is so basic it could be a starter kit for someone who’s never worn makeup before.
