Tavelmout was meant to be a word play of the word "食べる(taberu)" as eat and "藻(mo)" as algae in Japanese. But because the spelling "Tavelmout" made it diffcult for people to realize our intention behind the name, we decided to go for "Tabérumo". We also changed our logo to directly reflect more about our hope for the foods in the future. The design is associated with "healthy" or "peace" which are some of the conecpts we are working towards.
