Your gluteus medius is the prime mover of abduction at the hip joint so you better believe we’re doing all kinds of abduction in this workout. Your gluteus medius is an important muscle with it’s main functions being: thigh abduction (hip abduction), thigh internal rotation and pelvis stabilization. Try this workout or add some of these exercises to your next leg day to target your side glutes and round that booty!
