gonzalo_nudelman Les quiero informar que es muy malo el servicio de entrega de mercadería por correo, hice unas compras y la enviaron mal, realicé el reclamo donde luego retiraron el producto erroneo. Después olvidaron enviar el correcto y al término de un mes reclamo nuevamente que no enviaban y ahí proceden a enviar el producto nuevamente, hablando con su 0800 ( Arg), resulta que enviaron de nuevo mal el producto, pésimo el servicio de ustedes. Reclamo N° 7193157.

mommybranch Customer service is nothing to it’s competitors. The rep had me do a test on the machine and afterwards couldn’t open the machine to put coffee in to further the test and his solution was oh well you can send it in for repair and when I asked for a manager, they don’t work on weekends, you have to wait 24-48 hrs. His actions lead my machine to not work and I got oh well send it for repair. Awful!!!!

9er9o0 @kostas_stamou @liz_lau add lots of icecubes to the glass. Fill it with sparkling water (and I loved it with tonic water too). Leave 1.5-2cm empty on the top of the bottle, but the ice cubes should be higher. If you have an Expert machine, set it to the low temperature. The coffee should get on an ice cube, not directly into the water, then the separation will be perfect!

annaburton5731 Absolutely appalled by your lack of customer service. I have waited for a refund since March following your poor attempts to deliver an order and have despite several emails and phone calls not received the money. Do I need to remind you that it is the end of June????
