Aqui en la Argentina la empresa es una verguenza! Me siento Estafada!, se me rompio la maquina, abone con tarjeta para enviarla al servicio tecnico y hace semanas q me viene tomando el pelo para llevarla, nadie me soluciona el problema, hable con 6 personas diferentes. Cansada de gastar plata en llamarlos, si no la van a arreglar que me devuelvan la plata, la saco a la calle y dejo de consumir el producto.

And further more, he wasn’t familiar with my Nespresso Machine!! #he kept asking OVER and OVER and OVER for my serial numbers. After I turned it upside down it was IMPOSSIBLE to read them due to water exposure. I assured I purchased @williamssonoma store and it was one of the top machines with a stand alone canister Delonghi but he was clueless

I just spent 17 minutes with your customer service and got NOTHING accomplished!!!!
I was inquiring on how to repair a small knob on a milk frothed canister !! That’s it!! Nothing accomplished!! Defective part and I was simply asking how to repair it myself

Igual! Hace meses que pagué para que envíen una cafetera nueva. Ahora dicen que se confundieron con el monto y que tendría que pagar más. Mientras tanto no tengo ni cafetera ni mi dinero. Me están robando literalmente.
