lumasjal Buenas noches escribo nuevamente en carácter de RECLAMO NO ATENDIDO ya que las unicas contestaciones mia email que tuve fueron que "estan trabajando en mi problema" y que "un asesor especializado se pondria en contacto conmigo"!! y AUN NO RECIBO NINGUNA CONTESTACION certera a mi problema y mientras tanto yo no tengo mi producto, el producto que compre en mi legitimo derecho a consumir y que por cierto me COBRARON Y YA FUE ABONADO Y EMITIDA LA FACTURA. Estoy bastante molesto con la NO RESOLUCIÓN a mi problema y estoy dispuesto a la brevedad a iniciar acciones en Defensa Del Consumidor. Espero puedan realmente resolver mi problema, soy un CLIENTE NESPRESSO DE 4 AÑOS DE ANTIGÜEDAD. Agradezco su pronta respuesta Saludo atentamente
