Here’s my home glute workout of today for you babies to do yourself!🙆🏻‍♀️ I love these kinds of circuits to burn out some good calories and challenge myself by pushing up my heart rate⚡️😍 all you need is a resistance band and your beautiful self🙏🏼 Go get it!♥️

Workout:
1️⃣ Side kick, 30 seconds, approximately 20 each side.
2️⃣ Crab walks, 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Kneeling squat, 30 seconds.
After one round of the above, take a 45 second rest & repeat another 4/5 rounds. 👀 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
