Fancy Tea looking, well, very fancy! Not your typical traditional #afternoontea, this new menu @lyanessbar pairs each component with a different cocktail, complimenting the savoury and sweet flavours.
My highlights were:
- the first cocktail, Glasshouse Fizz, super tasty and refreshing, and it’s pink!
- the devilled egg was soooo moreish, the yolk was smooth and I wish there were more of it.
- the coronation butternut squash sandwich was surprisingly my fave out of the trio.
- the pineapple scone with cherry jam was soo yum!
- the mini strawberry and mascarpone eclair was the perfect happy ending.
Really loved the whole thing, and the service at @seacontainersldn is always on point. This cocktail & Tea offering is £48pp, but you can also go for champagne at £58, or be virtuous with the boozeless option at £38.
