The cacio e pepe was smooth and indulgent, the Silk handkerchiefs were a brilliant combination of textures and flavours. The artichoke Tagliatelle had the right level of tang and was really refreshing. And the star of the show for us was the Veal and pork ragu which was bursting with flavour!
