FOAM ROLLING 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. This is something I get HEAPS of questions about, so I filmed this video #prepregancy. It looks easy but can actually be quite tricky! I am carefully foam rolling at the moment, mostly to increase blood flow and circulation as am still on minimal exercise as recommended by my healthcare professional, while recovering. ⁣

HOW TO FOAM ROLL: Allow the foam roller to roll up and down the length of a muscle. If you find a tender spot, you can either roll over it slowly or hold until the tension slow releases.⁣

For the ladies who ARE training regularly, I would recommend spending 2-3 minutes on each muscle as part of your active recovery. ⁣
