SHORT ON TIME ON LEG DAY?
Try this quick leg circuit!
3 or 4 Rounds of:
1) Good mornings 15-20 reps
2) Split squats 8-12 reps each leg
3) Weighted jump squats 20 reps
4) Straight legged deads 12-15 reps

I posted these videos raw and real! No edits to show you when we train hard in gym the workouts aren’t always pretty and perfect. I lost my balance on weighted jump squats (which happens often but I get right back at them). I also had to find my balance doing split squats so never feel bad if this happens to you at the gym. You are there for progress, not perfection! And everyone there should be proud of you for even going, so never feel scared or intimidated, as my clients have often confided in me with those feelings. You deserve to be there just as much as anyone else, and the results only come by trial and error.
