1) squat to side leg lifts 4x12-15 each side
Targets major and outer glute muscles
2) weighted Duck walks 4x12-15 each side
Be sure to pulse the reps to make outer glutes burn 🔥🔥
3) Weighted step-ups 4x12-15 each side
Drive through heel and feel the glute raise body weight, not just the leg muscles
