Try this full body circuit for lean legs, arms and tight core! Outfit: @vqfit @vqfitwomen
3-4 rounds of:
1) weighted jump squats x 1 min
2) Weighted alternating jumping lunges (try to land soft on knees with a boyant impact) x 1 min
3) Alternating Battle Ropes with Hop x 1 min
4) Battle roles both arms in squat position x 1 min

Body circuits are awesome workouts to get the most calories burned in a shorter amount of time because of the high intensity nature of the workouts!
If you include weights you get both weight training and cardio done at the same time! For easier regression do this circuit with body weight only!
