What’s your favorite exercise ? I love to mix up my work outs throughout the week - Yoga, weight training, pilates, hikes, cycling. . but it’s safe to say boxing is one of my favorites! Some of the best cardio out there, and always feels good to know if necessary, I could defend myself. 🥊 ALSO just love my boxing trainer @mb_boxing

@shaynateresetaylor @shaynas.kitchen hi! I was in a car accident a few years ago. I was rear ended while I was at a complete stop. I have multiple herniated and bulging discs in my neck and thoracic spine. Been through procedures and pain management etc and still have daily pain. I want to try the collagen since you said it helped with joint pain. How long does it take to really begin to start feeling a difference? I want to use natural remedies versus everything they try to throw at me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@countrygalatheart7 hi ! I’m so sorry to hear that you had to experience that. :( Yes I would definitely try collagen and it takes about 3-6 months to really start feeling the difference! But I swear by it.

In my 30’s, kickboxing twice a week was all I needed to be toned and happy. Now, walking is the least impact and a little rowing
