Safe to say besides getting strep throat my second day in, I feel pretty dang rested. Nothing like the universe forcing you to rest.. but on a real note - when your going a million miles an hour, your body doesn’t have time to repair itself and as soon as you give your body that one breath of air, allll that stress will show up in a sickness. It’s so important that no matter what life is throwing at us, that we stop and do something good for your body. SELF CARE. We all need more of it. Listen to your body when it needs rest.
I’ve learned not only how to meditate, but now i have a daily yoga and mantra practice for my early mornings so I can start my days feeling grounded and thankful before i look at my phone or jump on answering emails. Ananda is an amazing resort and I will be coming back here in the future.
I wish I could stay longer in India and explore all there is to explore, but for now duty calls else where. . But i will be back ✈️

@shaynateresetaylor i am feeling this, since the end of February I have been planning a move. Finally almost settled 3 months later and my body needs to slow down but I am scared cause that is usually when sickness is brought on 😣 so thanks for this!! BTW i love your hair! I LOVE your page and all your food and drink receipes and I love that you love animals as much as me.. wishing you all the best 💕💕💕

You are amazing and I can’t wait to see all the great things coming your way! You remind me of me so many years ago.. when my fiancé called off my wedding (I was 28) three months before (dress was hanging in the closet) I was devastated ... so I ended up taking a trip around the world! What perspective I got! You are and you deserve the best! And I promise you will have it!!
