One crucial element to having a proportional physique is having full round biceps. These are one of the hardest muscle groups to bring up. If your biceps are weak, it can make your back,shoulders and size of your chest look off and disproportionate. Even if you have poor genetics for arms, there are ways you can make them one of your strong points. When doing performing the curl exercises above it's important to focus on the mind muscle connection. Move slow through the repetition and focus on all 3 types on contractions; concentric, eccentric, isometric. Feel the squeeze and feel the burn, the weight is irrelevant. I try and push for 12-15 reps x 4-5 sets.
