This weekend marks the beginning of summer, and for many that brings back fond memories of days at the beach with freedom, friends, fresh air, and frozen treats. @gailsimmonseats still gets nostalgic for rocket pops, so she's created a version of her own, bursting with deep hues and summer flavor but with a slightly more adult approach.
