Whether you are at home or on holidays (I WISH - its so cold here now haha), "doing the stairs" can be a great way to get outside and/or mix up your workouts for the week. For HIGH INTENSITY try running UP the stairs and jogging down. For LOW INTENSITY try walking up at a steady pace and walking down slowly.
