Eat more, grow a booty🍑. Got your attention now huh?😂 But I’m actually not kidding. No food, no muscles, no fat loss, no health. As simple as that. A car doesn’t run either without gas right? It doesn’t matter which goal you have, food should be your friend! Carbs, fats, proteins, you need it ALL. I don’t skip out on anything, except for the pizza today... because I had that yesterday🤣🍕 Lol. Here is a super simple recipe for a burrito bowl, fills you up like crazy and is DELICIOSA😍: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• 1 lime (squeeze out on top of your bowl).
• 200 grams of chicken.
• 100 grams of cucumber. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 250 grams of tomato. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 75 grams of black beans.
• 50 grams of corn. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• chili sauce for on the chicken. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• salt and pepper to your liking.
