Full workout:
1️⃣ Regular pushup - 3 sets x 12 reps.
2️⃣ Bear crawl- 30 seconds x 3 rounds.
3️⃣ Bicep curl - 3 sets x 12 reps.
4️⃣ Side to side push-up - 3 x 12 reps.
5️⃣ Pike push-up. (Until failure)
