I achieved a fun little personal milestone today, I did a double lutz 🤩💙⛸ How long ago do you think it was since I last tried this jump?

I had a little jumping session today on the ice. I don’t jump much anymore, but since I started @coachhamish and Amelia started learning to skate, I’ve been motivated to get back some of the skills I thought I’d waved goodbye too 🙈 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know it’s only a double and not a triple lutz, but this is a jump I never really felt comfortable doing in the past. So landing it today was a very nice feeling. Time to start doing my triples again I think 😱

mccurleyalison It’s been 25 years since I last landed a lutz ? yours is definitely a lot less of a time than mine lol ? 5 years ??‍♀️ although when I take my kids to the rink, it all is magically still there in my feet
