This masterclass is exclusively for skaters who have passed their NISA level 1 field moves and above. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For jumps, you’ll work on body alignment, rotation, and landing technique. For spins, you’ll work on centering spins, increasing revolutions, and difficult variations. We’ll have the whole pad exclusively for 2 hours. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Your off-ice training will be split into two sessions. The first session will focus on functional warm-up, injury prevention, and off-ice jump exercises.
