And I thought I’d take this opportunity to share a little more about me ✨ . ✨ I’ve been married 11 years to @bobbybense who takes most of our photos. He’s the love of my life and I can’t ever imagine not doing life with him. Bobby is from California so if you are ever wondering about my accent it’s because we’ve slightly traded over the years. Has this happened to anyone else? . ✨ I changed to a vegan diet about 2 years ago. I was inspired by my 13 year old daughter Jade who has been vegetarian for many years. I was always so worried about my iron as I was anaemic. To my surprise, and my doctors, a change to a vegan diet actually corrected so many health issues, making my iron more available, and I haven’t had one low iron test result in the past 18 months 🌿 not only am I healthier and happier, I feel like I’m able to contribute in a meaningful way to improving the health of our planet 🙏🏼 . ✨ Even though I LOVE being with people and dancing at festivals I’m actually quite the introvert. I really LOVE being on my own and I LOVE quiet spaces. I love one on one time, quality connections and conversations. When I honour my need for alone time, I have so much energy to celebrate, connect and dance the night away 💃🏼 . Hope you’ve all had a wonderful week.
