Ingredients: (for scallops)
🔪5 - jumbo dry sea scallops�🔪1 teaspoons - unsalted butter�🔪1 teaspoons - olive oil�🔪Sprinkle - Flavorgod Salt&Pepper

Directions:
1.Rinse scallops with cold water and thoroughly dry scallops with paper towels.
2.Next season scallops with #flavorgod Pink Salt&Pepper.
3.Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.�Once the fats are hot and begins to smoke, gently add the scallops, making sure they are not touching each other. Sear the scallops for 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
The scallops should have about a 1/4-inch golden crust on each side while still being translucent in the center. Drizzle with Chimichurri and serve immediately!�-
Chimichurri Sauce: in a blender combine
🌱1 bunch - Parsley
🌱2-5 - Garlic / cloves
🌱3 tbsp - olive oil
🌱3 tbsp - red wine vinegar
🌱Pinch - Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper
🌱Pinch - Chili flakes
🌱1 tbsp - Flavorgod Ketchup Seasoning
