Ingredients: (for scallops)⁣
🔪5 - jumbo dry sea scallops�🔪1 teaspoons - unsalted butter�🔪1 teaspoons - olive oil�🔪Sprinkle - Flavorgod Salt&Pepper⁣

Directions:⁣
1.Rinse scallops with cold water and thoroughly dry scallops with paper towels.⁣
2.Next season scallops with #flavorgod Pink Salt&Pepper.⁣
3.Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.�Once the fats are hot and begins to smoke, gently add the scallops, making sure they are not touching each other. Sear the scallops for 1 1/2 minutes on each side.⁣
The scallops should have about a 1/4-inch golden crust on each side while still being translucent in the center. Drizzle with Chimichurri and serve immediately!�-⁣
Chimichurri Sauce: in a blender combine⁣
🌱1 bunch - Parsley⁣
🌱2-5 - Garlic / cloves⁣
🌱3 tbsp - olive oil⁣
🌱3 tbsp - red wine vinegar⁣
🌱Pinch - Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper⁣
🌱Pinch - Chili flakes⁣
🌱1 tbsp - Flavorgod Ketchup Seasoning⁣
