Healthy #Powerhouse Turkey Chili😛🌶⁣

(Super affordable recipe, low in fat, packed with protein, complex carbs, rich in fiber and contains a powerhouse of nutrients)⁣
.⁣
What you need:⁣
Olive Oil (1-2tbsp extra virgin)⁣
Onion (1 whole red)⁣
Green pepper (1 whole seedless)⁣
Red pepper 1 whole seedless)⁣
Jalapeno (1 whole seedless)⁣
Garlic (1tbsp minced)⁣
Extra Lean Ground Turkey (white meat)⁣
Seasonings: 1tsp Cumin, 1tsp Chipotle Peppers, 1tsp Oregano, 1tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Salt and pink peppercorn, 1/2tsp Cayenne Pepper, 1/2tsp Paprika⁣
1tbsp 100% Unsweetened Cocoa Powder⁣
1tbsp Liquid Aminos⁣
BEANS: 1can Black Beans, 1can Kidney Beans, 1can Cannellini Beans (all organic and low sodium)⁣
1 can of Tomato Paste (6oz organic low sodium)⁣
1 can Tomato Sauce (8oz organic low sodium)⁣
1 can of Stewed Tomatoes (14oz organic low sodium)⁣

What to do:⁣
Place first 6 ingredients in large skillet and saute for a few mixtures over medium heat. Add extra lean ground turkey and cook until meat starts to turn brown. Once meat starts to brown add in seasonings, cocoa powder and liquid aminos. Now, Let’s mix in canned beans but before you add beans be sure to drain excess water from can! I like to use a variety of different beans for a lot of great flavor, added colors and they are filling and loaded with tons of health benefits! Almost done, Tomatoes are next! Add paste, sauce, stewed tomatoes and mix toegther. Bring chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer partially covered for about 20 mins! (I say "partially" because if you're finding that your chili isn't thick enough for your liking, try removing the lid. This will allow your chili to thicken) Serve HOT, topped with greek yogurt, avocado, fat free cheese and cilantro!
